Using a fixed framework and clear guiding questions, you will structure and visualize the idea and analyze the various aspects of a business model.
You will look at your personal and professional requirements, your potential customers and the market in which you want to operate.
You will deal with price, cost structures, marketing and sales strategies and other aspects.
The result is a structured starting point for further development and can, for example, form the basis of a business plan.
