The promotion of small-scale individual projects and measures is intended to contribute to the improvement of housing and the living environment, supply, social infrastructure, technology\/digitalization in old age and the coexistence of people of all generations. Growing old well in a familiar living environment is what most people want. The aim of the BEQISA funding call is to support this.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In our focus areas: Supply, Technology\/Digitalization and Housing, project applications can be funded <strong>up <\/strong>to a total of <strong>\u20ac20,000<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What criteria must be observed when submitting an application?<\/h4>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br\/>Important criteria for funding are<\/h4>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>a clear project description with an implementation and financing plan<br\/>(project costs, own funds, third-party funds)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a clear connection to the neighborhood<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the active participation of older people in the neighborhood<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>coordination with other stakeholders and cooperation partners in the neighborhood and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the sustainability and cost-effectiveness of the planned measure.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Living in the neighborhood &#8211; Possible topics:<\/h4>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Development of new housing offers and networking structures<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Networking and opening up care facilities in the neighborhood<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reduction of barriers (infrastructure, mobility, housing)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Creation of public dementia-sensitive meeting and recreational spaces<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/www.beqisa.de\/projektfoerderung\/foerderaufruf\">Further information<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Application deadline: September 27, 2024<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The call for funding &#8220;Together &#8211; for a neighborhood worth living in&#8221; is intended to provide impetus for the development of age-appropriate neighborhoods, particularly in rural regions in the state of Saxony-Anhalt.
