Artists who have had a solo exhibition at the Kallmann Museum in the past five years are not eligible to participate in the art prize.<\/p>\n\n<p>Art Prize &#8211; Theme<br\/>The Kallmann Art Prize of the Kreissparkasse 2024 will be awarded in the &#8220;Landscape&#8221; category. The category of landscape is understood in such a way that, in addition to works that stand in the artistic tradition of &#8220;classical&#8221; landscape depictions, it also includes works that transcend conventional ideas of landscape and question them in a contemporary way, for example by dealing with aspects such as &#8220;habitat&#8221; and &#8220;living space&#8221; or the relationship between man and nature.<br\/>The prize is to be awarded to an artist in whose artistic work the theme of landscape occupies a central position.
