The program supports solo self-employed people in making their professional future more secure, digital and resilient through <strong>tailored further training and qualifications <\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The KOMPASS grant provides a financial subsidy of up to <strong>\u20ac4,500 for a suitable qualification<\/strong>. After successful participation, <strong>up to 90%<\/strong> of the training costs are reimbursed by Deutsche Rentenversicherung Knappschaft-Bahn-See. The grant is available once every twelve months.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The relevant <a href=\"https:\/\/www.esfplus.de\/portal\/SharedDocs\/PDFs\/DE\/Programme-2021-2027\/BMAS\/kompass_anlaufstellen.pdf?__blob=publicationFile&amp;v=39\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\">COMPASS contact points<\/a> will decide whether funding is possible in your specific case during a personal consultation.
