With the studio scholarship and the artist-in-residence program, KVOST invites selected artists to explore the complexity of Leipziger Stra\u00dfe \/ D\u00f6nhoffplatz and the surrounding area or other geographical and biographical aspects of the East and to present the resulting works in a solo exhibition. The scholarship is awarded in combination with the Claus Michaletz Prize. Residency: 6 weeks from August to September 2026.   <\/p>\n\n<p>Prerequisite for the application is a biographical connection to Central and Eastern Europe \/ former Eastern Bloc.<\/p>\n\n<p>The scholarship includes the following benefits: Accommodation, working space in Berlin, travel to and from Berlin, exhibition budget \/ fee: 2,500 euros. The Claus Michaletz Prize is endowed with 10,000.
