This is intended to artistically enhance the exterior fa\u00e7ade of the elevator tower. The front surface and, if required, the side surface of the elevator tower will be available for the art.  <br\/><br\/>Participation is open to all professional artists (i.e. artists and\/or craftspeople). Groups of artists and working groups are admitted and count as one participating person. The eligibility to participate must apply to the lead member, in the case of groups of artists to each member.<br\/>No processing fee is paid for participation.  Participation is free of charge.
