Each year, a total of about ten artists participate in the residency program for three months each, either at the Schiesslhaus AiR in Kollnburg or at the Bild-Werk Frauenau. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During their stay, the artists are actively involved in the region. Through regular project and workshop days, they collaborate with schools, clubs, initiatives, and\/or village communities to develop artistic projects that foster exchange, participation, and creative collaboration. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The focus is on working with local people. Together with a core group, we develop artistic projects that foster exchange, enable participation, and explore new forms of community.
