The integration of artistic thinking and knowledge\u2014as reflective practices in their own right\u2014is an important aspect of the Institute\u2019s mission. To this end, the presence of art and the inspiration and challenge of artistic practice are essential. The interaction between these different perspectives creates a productive space for artists and scientists to collaborate.<br\/>For this reason, INHABIT invites artists to spend four months creating new work or further developing an existing project within a scientific research environment. Openness to the Institute\u2019s mission, as well as an interest in and willingness to work together with individual researchers or research groups, are, of course, prerequisites.
