The Arts Open Worlds program supports cultural, youth and educational institutions in implementing joint projects for children and young people in which they can discover the arts, culture, play and media. This strengthens their opportunities for education and participation.
Strengthening the participation and educational opportunities of children and young people and focusing on their living environment is at the heart of all funded projects. In particular, young people who are considered disadvantaged and/or discriminated against are to be reached. The projects are implemented jointly by cultural, youth and/or educational organizations.
Promotion
Access or intensive projects for children and young people from 3 to 18 years are funded with 7,500 to max. 35,000 euros.
The next opportunity to submit an application is from August 1 to September 10, 2025 (funding starts on January 15, 2026).
