An area of 3×3 meters on the forecourt of the Bürgerhaus Lerchenberg, which borders directly on the sidewalk, is planned for the art on the building. A free-standing sculpture is desired that occupies the entire area or only part of it. The materials and type of work are optional. It can be an interactive, static or light work. However, accident prevention and the prevention of vandalism in this relatively busy and publicly accessible location must be taken into account.
