General meeting
The General Assembly is the highest body of the BBK Saxony-Anhalt. It meets once a year. The tasks of the General Meeting are
- Acceptance of the annual reports of the Executive Board and the auditors
- Discharge of the Executive Board
- Election and dismissal of the Executive Board
- Election of the auditors
- Election of delegates to the Federal Delegates’ Assembly
- Determination of the work program and the budget
- Amendments to the Articles of Association
- Resolution on the amount of the membership fee
- Resolution on the amount of the expense allowance for members of the Board of Directors
- Dissolution of the association
