General meeting

The General Assembly is the highest body of the BBK Saxony-Anhalt. It meets once a year. The tasks of the General Meeting are

• Acceptance of the annual reports of the Executive Board and the auditors
• Discharge of the Executive Board
• Election and dismissal of the Executive Board
• Election of the auditors
• Election of delegates to the Federal Delegates’ Assembly
• Determination of the work program and the budget
• Amendments to the Articles of Association
• Resolution on the amount of the membership fee
• Resolution on the amount of the expense allowance for members of the Board of Directors
• Dissolution of the association
