Since 2005, the Blue Night Art Competition has been inviting artists to realize site-specific projects in courtyards, special spaces and squares in Nuremberg’s Old Town. We are looking for art that uses spaces, involves visitors and lasts for two nights. Individuals and groups can apply with works from all areas of art, e.g. installations, light art, performance, media art, interactive and participatory actions.
The Blue Night 2027:
Fri., April 23, 2027, 8 p.m. to midnight: Preview of the art competition
Sat., April 24, 2027, 7 p.m. to midnight: The Blue Night
