At the Halle 2026 Association Forum, you will get practical answers, fresh ideas and the opportunity to network with other committed people from Halle!

After the introduction to the day and the welcoming address by Lord Mayor Dr. Alexander Vogt, we will start with a varied workshop program:
Workshops in the morning (10.30 – 12.30)
Canva in the club – design easily, work together
Introduction to the Canva design tool: quickly create flyers, social media graphics and presentations, use templates, collaborate in a team and make good use of AI functions.
Calculating and accounting for project costs
Practical tips on budget planning, eligibility of expenses, handling own funds and correct accounting – for more security in funded projects.
Volunteer Compass – “Approach and recruitment” module
How do we reach new volunteers? Using the latest findings and practical tools, you will develop specific strategies for approaching different target groups.
Tax Amendment Act 2025 – reform fireworks for non-profit organizations
Overview of the most important innovations in non-profit law from 2026 and their significance for associations (including tax-free allowances, use of funds, economic business operations).
Lunch break & networking (12.30 – 13.45)
With information stands, snacks and the opportunity to exchange ideas – including on the engagement platform & app engagiert-in-halle.de, the Saxony-Anhalt Engagement Fund, HALLIANZ für Vielfalt and other networking opportunities.

The Association Forum is an event organized by the Halle Volunteer Agency in cooperation with the City of Halle (Saale) and the LAGFA Saxony-Anhalt.
