Werkleitz is looking for up to 100 works of art from Saxony-Anhalt on the theme of time – paintings, textiles, poetry, films and artistic objects. The festival will take place from July 2 to 12, 2026 in the Pushkin House in Halle (Saale).
In the coming years, Werkleitz will focus on the complexity of time. Artistic, discursive, excursions and participatory formats will focus on attempts to slow down, generational conflicts, prehistoric and ancient times and futures. In 2026, the focus is on the topic of generations.
An expense allowance of 100 euros is provided for exhibited works. If desired, works can be offered for sale within the exhibition.
