As part of the Federal Cultural Foundation’s general project funding, artists can apply for funding for projects in the artistic fields of visual and performing arts, literature, music, dance, film, photography, architecture or new media. Funding is available for large, innovative projects in an international context. The application amount must be at least 50,000 euros and at least 20 percent of the funding must come from the applicant’s own funds/third-party funds.
In the area of general project funding, artists can apply twice a year for funding for projects in all artistic fields, for visual and performing arts, literature, music, dance, film, photography, architecture or new media.
The Federal Cultural Foundation’s General Project Funding is characterized by the fact that it is not limited to funding a specific field or topic. It is large, innovative projects in an international context that can be considered here.
The next jury session will take place in spring 2025. The submission deadline for the 47th jury session is January 31, 2025.
