Call for proposals for the design and realization of one or more artistic works. The procedure consists of two phases: – a first phase with a call for applications and a selection procedure for candidates; – a second phase with tenders.
The information and conditions required for submitting an application can be found on the public procurement portal (www.pmp.lu). Submission is required electronically.
Application documents must be submitted via the public procurement portal (www.pmp.lu) exclusively before the deadline of July 22, 2025 at 16:00. Only compliant and complete documents containing the application form with the artistic justification and the DUME will be considered.
