Laçzos Artísticos is an international mobility programme for artists promoted by the Organization of Ibero-American States for Education, Science and Culture (OEI) and the Direção-Geral das Artes de Portugal (DGARTES).
As part of their work to promote culture, the OEI and DGARTES have joined forces to launch this new programme of scholarships for artistic exchange and improvement in the geographical areas of Ibero-America and the CPLP, with the aim of promoting and enhancing artistic exchange, without forgetting the importance of supporting internationalization.
The artistic activity presented must be predominantly in the areas of:
visual arts (architecture, visual arts, design, photography and new media);
performing arts (circus, dance, music, opera and theater);
street arts;
interdisciplinary arts.
Projects must take place between November 1 and October 31 of the following calendar year.
Applicants must be residents or nationals of a member country of the OEI (Iberoamerican countries) and/or member of the CPLP (Community of Portuguese-Speaking Countries). Applications must be from individuals, and they must not be for projects to be carried out in the applicant’s country of residence.
The consists of 11 grants, each for an amount of 2,250 EUR, intended to contribute to the artistic and professional development of the beneficiaries.
