Artists in schools

In cooperation with the respective schools, the participating artists develop a concept according to the time frame available to them. From the artists’ point of view, coherent project sequences should be possible in schools in order to work intensively on a topic with the pupils. The aim is not necessarily the result, but rather the joint development of the topic. For all individual projects, a documentation with a short factual report and accompanying photographic material is produced by the artists in cooperation with the schools after completion of the work.

Information on the project process

Interested general education schools can apply to the Berufsverband Bildender Künstler Sachsen-Anhalt e.V. and apply for project funding.

Artists offer projects in the following fields, among others:

• Painting
• Graphic
• Sculpting with paper, ceramics, metal or textiles
