Course reserve technique, frottage, stencil wiping technique
We will start with the reserve technique. This is a method in which areas are covered with gum arabic while the remaining surface is inked with diluted offset ink. After washing out and drying, the process starts all over again. Layer by layer, a variety of patterns are created.
During the drying times, there is room for other colored paper techniques that can be mixed together. The focus here is on stencil wiping techniques and frottage.
