Call for entries for the VON KUNST LEBEN – SOMMERAKADEMIE 2026.
From June 29 to July 4, 2026, in cooperation with the Hamburg ALFRED TOEPFER STIFTUNG F. V. S., we are organizing the Summer Academy VON KUNST LEBEN for the 7th time.
The Summer Academy provides female artists withbasic knowledge about the art market and the profession of artist. The central theme of the academy is the development of a personal strategy for marketing one’s own work. The summer academy takes place at the Gut Siggen seminar center of the Alfred Toepfer Stiftung F. V. S. on the Baltic coast of Schleswig-Holstein. The generous support of the ALFRED TOEPFER STIFTUNG F. V. S. makes it possible to attend the seminar free of charge.
The summer academy was conceived and is led by Andrea Jacobi and Holger Priess, both art historianswho have been working as gallery ownersand art consultantsfor 30 years.in many areas of the art market. In addition, three external speakers and pass on their experience and knowledge.
The Summer Academy is aimed at artists who have decided to enter the art industry professionally after completing their studies or after intensive artistic work.
