We are delighted to welcome 19 new members to the BBK Saxony-Anhalt and extend a warm welcome to them! The small pop-up exhibition held at Große Klausstraße 6 in Halle (Saale) to get to know one another was improvised, but its diversity was second to none. On October 13, 2026, 17 artists met with the admissions committee and the BBK team to introduce themselves and get to know one another. One artist was unable to attend, while another participated in the meeting via Zoom.
A warm welcome to our community: Ackermann, Andrea | Aigner, Katharina von | Anger, Sophie | Bode, Jürgen | Bröcker, Beate | Engelhardt, Priska Regina | Hübner, Matthias | Kakvand, Mahtab | Mengewein, Kirsten | Mun, Hanbyeol | Pronenko, Anton | | Reinbothe, Franziska | Riedel, Veronika | Rupp, Anna Rosa | Schubert, Veronika | Werner, Luzia | Wirth, Sophie | Yang, Yuan | Zahl, Nina
We thank you for your participation and your membership!
We would also like to thank the Hallesche Wohnungsgesellschaft for allowing us to use the premises, as well as the volunteer admissions committee—composed of board members Stefanie Demmel and Friederike Nottrott, and BBK members Uwe Jacobshagen and Sofia Mayer—for making the event a success.
