Nicole Müller, Thomas Leibe and Alexandra Stein in Halle (Saale)

On June 6 and 7 from 11 a.m. a weekend with an art market, concert program and picnic will once again take place in the rock garden of the “Talstrasse” art gallery.

The art market in the adjacent rock garden of the Kunsthalle combines works of photography, illustration, ceramics, jewelry art, metal design and woodwork. Participants include photographer Nicole Müller, jewelry artist Yvonne Galley-Knappe, Ernst & Friederike Hofmann with works from metal and jewelry design, illustrator Thomas Leibe (store studio “by LEIBE – Bücher & Bilder vom Illustrator”), ceramic artist Alexandra Stein, who presents ceramic objects and sculptural works, as well as Tom Uebeler and Felix Böhme from the ZimmerKultur project.

The art market begins on Saturday, June 6, at 11 am.

On Sunday, June 7, the program will be accompanied by music from 11 am. The Leipzig band Lipsi Tight will be dedicated to the swing of the 1920s and 1930s and the Giebichenstein Quartet from Halle (Saale) will bring jazz sounds to the garden overlooking the Saale valley. The program will be accompanied by a picnic in the rock garden. In addition to on-site catering, visitors can bring their own picnic baskets.

The events in the rock garden of the “Talstrasse” art gallery accompany the current exhibition “Traum & Trauma. Expressionism in Art and Film”.
