Every year, six residents from Switzerland and abroad have the opportunity to work with textile companies in Eastern Switzerland for three months, use a studio in Arbon and network in various contexts. During the public event “TaDA Spinnerei”, which lasts several days and features international speakers, they can present their project to an interested public on the one hand and discuss it with experts on the other. Participation is exclusively via the call for applications.
Do you work in the fields of design, textile design, architecture, art, literature, performing arts or transdisciplinary projects and do you have a strong interest in textile production and its context? Then the TaDA Artist-in-Residence program offers you the unique opportunity to work with renowned textile companies, cultural and research institutions in the cantons of Appenzell Ausserrhoden, Appenzell Innerrhoden, Glarus, Graubünden, Schaffhausen, St.Gallen, Zurich and the Principality of Lichtenstein.
