Dear artisans from Saxony-Anhalt
From July 3–5, 2026, we will be hosting an arts and crafts market at the Sumpfburg in Oebisfelde—a weekly market—and, specifically on July 4, 2026, a charity event called “TdG—Day of Generations.”
Oebisfelde is located directly on the state border with Lower Saxony—formed here by the Aller River—and in the transition zone between the Altmark and the Magdeburg Börde. To the east and north of Oebisfelde lies the Drömling Biosphere Reserve.
The Oebisfeld moated castle itself is one of the oldest surviving examples of its kind in Europe and underwent extensive restoration and reconstruction in 1992.
In this beautiful and historically unique location, we will now be holding the first arts and crafts market together with you.
The event is sponsored and organized by the association—we receive support from the city of Oebisfelde, represented by Mayor Marc Blanck

You can find all further information in the attachment and soon also in the Wolfsburger Forum. – Every artist participating on these days will receive a free advertisement for their art in the “Wolfsburger Forum” for one year, along with a link to the artist’s own website.
Anyone who wants to participate should register early to secure a spot. – The total number of spots is limited to 60.
If you have any questions, I’m happy to assist you “in the morning,” or you can simply send us a message. — And if you have artist friends who practice a different craft or create a different kind of art, please feel free to pass this offer along to them. — We look forward to hearing from you.
See you soon in Oebisfelde and at the Sumpfburg!
P.S. We can help you with accommodations and find you a place to stay. — Just a heads-up.
And anyone who would like to support us—the association “miteinanderfuereinanderdasein e.V.”—can join us in establishing the local support group “Kunst hilft…”—We’ll discuss all the details on site.
On September 30, we’ll launch an online gallery and online store for all artists. – Once a quarter, we’ll print and publish a special magazine on “Art & Culture,” which will feature all upcoming events as well as individual artists.
Anyone who participates in the 1st Arts and Crafts Market at Sumpfburg in Oebisfelde will be featured in the Wolfsburg Forum and have a link to their artist page posted there through the end of the year: https://www.wolfsburger-forum.de/kunst-kultur/
The attached proposal will be revised this week. – Invitations to the charity event will be sent out next week throughout the Bördekreis, Helmstedt, Gifhorn, Oebisfelde-Weferlingen, Altmark, Wolfsburg, and Magdeburg regions.
All banks, institutions, mayors, municipalities, tradespeople, companies, merchants, service providers, freelancers, and businesspeople are invited directly.
The full program will not be announced until June 26, 2026, at the Wolfsburg Forum, via YouTube video, and across all media channels.
What we’re doing isn’t a “one-time” thing—it’s just the beginning, and we plan to do it every year. —Anyone who joins us here has made the right choice.
Note: We will use the arts and crafts market at Sumpfburg in Oebisfelde to raise awareness of our association, “miteinanderfuereinanderdasein e.V.,” and promote our neighborhood assistance program. – On July 4, 2026, we will hold a benefit event and ask politicians, businesses, and institutions to contribute. That’s what a charity event is for, after all. – We are collecting donations for our social causes and to establish a functioning “neighborhood assistance” program that benefits us all and eases the burden on our society as a whole.
Here is some background information on the three-day event and the charity event on July 4, 2026, from 8:00 p.m. to midnight – For this event, we are supported by the City of Oebisfelde, represented by Mayor Blanck, and the Heimatverein, the local history association of the City of Oebisfelde.
