The fellowship enables cultural professionals from countries on the DAC list to spend time at host institutions. The goal is to deepen profession-specific knowledge on a transnational level, introduce new perspectives, and build long-term collaborations through exchange.
The focus is on transcultural dialogue and engagement with cultural heritage, collections, and archival materials. The fellowship promotes the mutual exchange of knowledge and the development of sustainable networks—while also helping to support freedom in the arts and sciences, freedom of expression, and open debate.
