Through the G(l)anztag Grant Fund, the Education Foundation, in cooperation with the Metzler Foundation, supports projects that open up a wide range of opportunities for development and new experiences for young people in full-day programs—for example, through language support in everyday life, integration, and independent learning, discovery, and exploration.
Whether it’s creative learning opportunities, healthy eating, sports and physical activity, or projects designed to strengthen social bonds—what matters most is that all children can participate and that the full-day program is experienced as a place that provides support, fosters growth, builds community, and brings joy.
Funding is available nationwide for project ideas from elementary schools that offer full-day care.
Applications may be submitted through the respective school support association by children, teachers, early childhood educators, social educators, and volunteers.
Grant amount: up to 5,000 euros
Application deadline: Applications may be submitted on an ongoing basis
