Create inclusive encounters
Inclusion means creating a diverse and open society in which everyone can participate in social life regardless of individual differences. We want to help create additional opportunities for inclusive encounters in order to make inclusion a tangible experience.
In this funding program, Aktion Mensch supports inclusive projects in the areas of “education and personal development” and “leisure”. These include, for example, projects in the following areas
- Commitment on site
- Music and dance
- Nature and environment
- Sport and games
- Theater and art
For projects with a duration of up to one year, up to €10,000 can be applied for without any own funds.

Funding idea
Creating inclusive encounters to make inclusion tangible.
Target group
- People with disabilities
- Children, young people and adults up to the age of 27
- People in particular social difficulties (in the absence of a home, in violent living conditions or on release from a closed institution)
Funding period
Applications for funding can be submitted from 1.2.2024 to 31.1.2026 . The maximum implementation period of a project can be up to 12 months.
