Rumpenheim Palace Park is one of the early German landscape gardens laid out in the style of English landscape gardens. In the theory of the English landscape garden, the paths have an important function: like an adventure trail, they open up the park to the walker in all its diversity.
KUNST.PARK RUMPENHEIM opens up the topographical features of the park and takes up the important visual relationships. In this sense, the art objects in the castle park take up the historical idea of visual axes and the guided walk experience and link it with modern works of art.
