The Halle Association Forum on March 14, 2026 unfortunately had to be canceled this year. This made it all the more important for us to ask ourselves which topics were particularly needed by committed individuals – and how can we still make them accessible?
Our answer: “Club Forum Spotlight – Focus Series 2026”
With four workshops, we are picking up on selected content from the planned association forum – and bringing it back in a new format. Instead of one compact day, this year we are taking time for individual topics: practical, in-depth and with room for exchange.
The association forum stands for qualification, networking and concrete support for everyday association life – this will be available in 2026 with the Spotlight series and again in spring 2027 in the usual one-day format.

20 April 2026, 5 – 7 p.m.: Tax Amendment Act 2025 – reform fireworks for non-profit organizations
New legal regulations bring changes – and often also uncertainties. In this workshop, you will receive a comprehensible overview of the most important changes in tax law for non-profit organizations and learn what these mean for your association in concrete terms. For all those who want to stay legally up to date.
May 11, 2026, 5 – 7 p.m.: From click to donation – how to convince online
Being visible online is one thing – getting people to donate is another. This workshop shows how effective storytelling works and how you can design donation pages that create trust and motivate people to get involved. Ideal for anyone who wants to strengthen their public relations and fundraising.
October 12, 2026, 5 – 7 p.m.: Club Forum Spotlight: Canva in the club – simply design, work together
Flyers, social media posts or presentations – good design doesn’t have to be complicated. In this workshop, you will learn how to use Canva to quickly and easily create appealing materials while facilitating team collaboration. Practical and directly implementable – even without previous design knowledge.
November 16, 2026, 5 – 7 p.m.: A breath of fresh air in club life – attracting and inspiring members
Attracting new volunteers and retaining them in the long term is a key challenge for many associations. This workshop will give you specific ideas on how to approach people in a targeted manner, get them excited about your work and create a vibrant club culture. For all those who want to make their commitment fit for the future.
