” Daheeme” Exhibition
Julia Eichler and Konrad Hanke both work with casts of surfaces and materials from the built environment or found objects. Julia Eichler traveled to the cottage specifically to work on site and create a piece on the property. In his installation, Konrad Hanke refers to an imagined spatial extension of the cottage. Both resulting works are site-specific and will remain in the cottage even after the exhibition opening. The artists expand their installations with additional works in the rooms of the house.
