IVICA SVETA announces the call for applications for the second season of its residency program, which will take place from October 10 to 25, 2026.
The residency offers a space for uninterrupted artistic work, 65 km from Belgrade, in the quiet village of Samoš. Set on the grounds of a renovated old farm, the residency includes two houses, outbuildings, a courtyard, and a garden.
Focus of the residency: MATERIAL SYNTHESIS
An opportunity to experiment with combining ceramics, wood, and metal, as well as with integrating ceramics and XPS foam.
Workspace
A fully equipped 30 m² ceramics studio provides everything needed for production: a 60-liter kiln, a potter’s wheel, and a complete set of tools. Additional facilities include a welding machine, woodworking tools, easels for painting and drawing, and a projector. A separate kiln room and a shower with restroom facilities are also available.
Accommodation
The residency offers a spacious house with 4 private bedrooms, a shared, fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. Fresh bed linens and towels are provided, and laundry facilities are available. Accommodation is self-catering. Wi-Fi is available.
