As a solo self-employed person, you can get up to 90% of your training costs reimbursed with the COMPASS grant, for example for qualifications in digital marketing, social media or artificial intelligence.
KOMPASS (Kompakte Hilfe für Solo-Selbstständige) is a funding program of the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs (BMAS), which is co-financed by the European Social Fund Plus (ESF Plus). The program supports solo self-employed people in making their professional future more secure, digital and resilient through tailored further training and qualifications .
The KOMPASS grant provides a financial subsidy of up to €4,500 for a suitable qualification. After successful participation, up to 90% of the training costs are reimbursed by Deutsche Rentenversicherung Knappschaft-Bahn-See. The grant is available once every twelve months.
The relevant COMPASS contact points will decide whether funding is possible in your specific case during a personal consultation. As a certified training provider, we at Distart will be happy to advise you and help you choose the right training course from our range.
