The SPREEWALDATELIER is a unique art and culture festival that takes place every two years in the heart of Lübbenau’s Old Town. Around 20 sculptors and cartoonists gather here and, for a week, pick up chainsaws and pens to bring their artistic ideas to life.
The result is a series of striking sculptures carved from solid, old oak trunks and incisive caricatures—full of humor and bite—created with just a few strokes on paper.
