U25 Creates Culture and Opportunities
The U25 program of the Socio-Cultural Fund supports young people in taking on responsibility and developing their skills as cultural creators. The Federal Government Commissioner for Eastern Germany sees the U25 funding as a means of providing career guidance for young people in eastern Germany and offering them a reason to stay.
Young people aren’t just cultural audiences; they identify local needs and take the initiative to bring cultural programs to life themselves.
