Hey, everyone—it’s that time of year again: applications for the Advent Gallery // THE KIOSK, THE CHRISTMAS SPOT // are now open.
The registration deadline is Friday, October 16, 2026.
Just like every December, the kiosk at Reileck will be transformed into a Christmas cookie shop. From December 6 to 23, 2026, passersby can admire and purchase beautiful, carefully selected products at the festive kiosk.
If you’d like to apply to be an exhibitor at the Christmas Cookie Fair, please send us a description of your work along with one or two product photos by October 16, 2026, to our email address: ,Betreff: Der Kiosk, the Weihnachtsplätzchen.
The requirements for participation include supervising others and taking on specific tasks. You can find more details below. Once we receive your application, we’ll let you know promptly whether you’ve been accepted and send you all the necessary information.
Exhibition dates: December 6–23, 2026
Hours: Closed Mon* / Tue–Fri 2:00–6:00 p.m. / Sat 11:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. / Sun 2:00–5:00 p.m. *Except on Dec. 21, when it is open from 2:00–6:00 p.m.
Participation: Participation is open to hr.fleischer association members. Membership in our association costs 50 € per year and is currently available only for the respective calendar year (e.g., 2026). The exhibition organizers charge a 10% commission for everyone as compensation for their efforts.
Tasks: We’ll divide the work on-site among everyone. This mainly involves staffing the booth, but also setup, cleaning, decorating, transportation, etc. With about 12 volunteers, each person will contribute a total of about 14–15 work hours. You’ll receive a separate email from us regarding the assignment and organization of tasks and the drop-off of products.
Pickup / Take-down: We’ll be taking down the display on December 23 at around 6:00 p.m., and you can come pick up your remaining products then. If you can’t make it on December 23, please pick up your items beforehand.
