20 Years of the KunstKommunikation Project Grant
We’re looking for your memories and stories!
For 20 years, participatory and site-specific art projects have been created as part of the KunstKommunikation project grant at the DA, Kunsthaus Kloster Gravenhorst—in collaboration with people from the region. To mark this anniversary, the DA, Kunsthaus invites you to share personal memories, encounters, and stories related to these projects. Whether as a visitor, a partner, a participant, an organization, a school, or a business—we’re looking for individual perspectives on art projects, events, and interventions that took place at the DA, Kunsthaus or in public spaces and have left a lasting impression. The collected texts highlight how art has connected people, places, and themes over the years.
The submitted texts will be made publicly available—anonymized upon request—in a growing guestbook in the studio area of the DA, Kunsthaus. In addition, they will be compiled on the website and excerpts will be published on the DA, Kunsthaus’s social media channels. If available, please feel free to include relevant images.
Terms and Conditions for Participation:
By submitting their entries, participants agree that the submitted texts and any accompanying images may be published by DA as part of the “20 Years of the KunstKommunikation Project Grant” anniversary celebration, Kunsthaus Kloster Gravenhorst (on-site, online, and on social media channels). Copyright remains with the authors.
Participation is free of charge. Employees of the DA, Kunsthaus Kloster Gravenhorst, and the Steinfurt District are excluded from the drawing. The winners of the concert tickets will be notified by email after the submission deadline. Cash payment of the prize is not permitted. Legal recourse is excluded.
Personal data submitted as part of participation will be used exclusively for the implementation of the project and will not be shared with third parties.
