The 2025 needs assessment identified several key areas for cultural education in Halle. Many of you specifically cited establishing contact and communicating with schools as a challenge. In addition, there was a desire to learn more about funding opportunities for cultural education projects in schools and to deepen the dialogue with the city administration, particularly with the culture and education departments.
Against this backdrop, the Department of Culture, in collaboration with Bildungsmanagement Halle, the Netzwerkstelle Schulerfolg, and the Serviceagentur Ganztag, is offering a two-part event.
In the first part, from 9:00 a.m. to noon, interactive discussion tables will focus on the topic of “Cooperation and Communication with Schools.” In addition to stakeholders in cultural education and the event organizers, representatives from the school community will also be present to facilitate a diverse and practical exchange.
The second part, following the lunch break, will feature a seminar for funding providers. Various funding programs in the field of cultural education will present their initiatives and answer questions.
