We have joined forces with two other organizations—Kreativwirtschaft Sachsen-Anhalt e.V. and Landeszentrum Freies Theater Sachsen-Anhalt e.V.—to present our state policy issues in a unified manner. Together, we surveyed seven political parties about their positions regarding the state election on September 6, 2026, and the upcoming legislative term.
We view these campaign platform points as an expression of our confident commitment to actively shaping the future of the state. As a joint advocacy group representing the visual arts, the independent performing arts, and the interdisciplinary creative industries, we stand united and clearly articulate our positions to ensure that a diverse cultural scene and fair treatment of its practitioners remain possible in the future.
All of the parties we contacted in response to our invitation to engage in dialogue have responded—in some cases with detailed replies. These are:

We are hereby making their responses available to everyone, along with a brief assessment by our associations, to help people form their own opinions in the run-up to the election.
By the way: At our election forum on August 22, 2026, we’ll bring these answers to the stage—and discuss them directly with representatives from the political parties. Be there!
