If you choose to send your application by mail, please do not send any originals; the documents will not be returned.
When applying for financial assistance, applicants are expected to:
- A description of the work and objectives of the organization or group submitting the application.
- A description of the project to be funded (objectives, educational concept, timeline, duration, etc.).
- A cost breakdown and a financing plan (including personal contributions, potential support from third parties, and the grant requested from the foundation).
- An account number / bank account information for the transfer of financial assistance.
- Since we promote arts education, we expect to see (visual) examples of the art forms (music, theater, visual arts, dance, etc.) that are being taught.
Upon completion of the project, the following is expected:
- A statement of funds used in accordance with the submitted financing plan
- A report(preferably illustrated) on the project, its progress, and its results, along with permission to publish this report on this website and in the Foundation’s printed materials, publications, and promotional materials.
The independent jury of experts (artists, art educators) meets in April and October and will notify you of its decision as soon as possible. There is no legal entitlement to funding.
