This open call is aimed at artists or groups of artists who meet three conditions:
1. You currently use a residence and/or studio within Germany (this must apply to all participants ),
2. You can provide evidence of artistic training or extensive and recognized exhibition activity or you are a student at a state art academy or recognized liberal arts college in the field of fine arts.
3Registration on the online platform (see “What steps are necessary to participate?”)
All three criteria must be met.
