Applications for a residency at Casa Garcia in Menorca, Spain, in the spring of 2027 will be accepted through July 31, 2026.
The building, constructed in 1860 and subsequently modernized, is located in the town of Mahon and features, among other things, a 300-square-meter studio and a workroom. The call for applications is open to visual arts and literature. Each year, five residencies are awarded: three to visual artists for three months each, and two literary fellowships for up to six months. The program is supported by the local team at Hauser & Wirth Menorca.
