In her artistic work, Melanie Kuna-Drechsler focuses on special moments and the traces of change. Inspired by nature, memories, and moments of everyday life, she creates multi-layered and vividly colored visual worlds and spaces.
Using acrylic, oil pastels, and beeswax, she explores the tension between the visible and the hidden, between “what remains” and constant change. Her art invites us to pause, amid the fast pace of our lives, and to reflect on the present moment and our own feelings.
