EnzymKultur is planning a series of events on the theme of ‘Paths, Routes, Streets’ for 2027.
As part of this series, we would like to present artistic video works and cordially invite artists to submit their work.
The selected works will be shown in unusual, everyday contexts – garages, gardens and cellars.
This builds on previous projects such as ‘KammerPerformance’ and ‘gARTen’.
We are looking for
Video works on the topic ‘Paths, Trails, Roads’
– Length: up to approx. 20 minutes
– Format: mp4
– Up to three works per person can be submitted.
– Non-German-language works should include subtitles.
We are looking for experimental, documentary, narrative or free artistic positions on the topic.
EnzymKultur compiles curated programs from the submitted works.
Application
Applications can be submitted until 30.09.2026 via WeTransfer or SwissTransfer to ">
Please note:
– The files should be clearly named and contain the name of the submitting person and the title of the work.
– Each submission must be accompanied by the following:
◦ a short artistic biography,
◦ a text about the work (max. 2,000 characters),
◦ and – in the case of a possible fee payment – bank details.
– In addition, a signed declaration is required that all image and sound rights are held by the person submitting the application.
– By submitting the application, the applicant agrees to documentation on the association’s homepage (screenshots and short video clips).
The receipt of the application will be confirmed promptly.
Selection and fee
The works will be selected in October 2026.
The selection process is a two-stage process: First, a member of the association carries out a screening of the submitted works. The pre-selected works will then be presented to a final jury, to which two experts will be consulted.
All submitters will be informed of acceptance or rejection.
It is planned to pay the participating artists a performance fee (up to a maximum of 100 euros). Applications for funding for this will be submitted; payment will be made subject to successful funding.
Legal recourse is excluded.
Application deadline: September 30, 2026
